Menomonie Athletic Booster Club

The Booster Club membership year runs from July 1st through June 30th the following year. There are five levels of membership

Bronze: less than $50 donation

Silver: $50-$99 donation

Gold: $100-$199 donation

Platinum: $200-$499 donation

Diamond: $500+ donation

 

Whether you are renewing your membership or joining for the first time, you can sign up by completing the form below. All membership levels include an invitation to MABC-sponsored events, a MABC decal, and your name on the MABC sports program insert.  Silver-level members will receive a MABC logo bottle wrap. Gold, Platinum, and Diamond level members receive a choice of gift. Gift selections can be found on the second page of the registration.  Please note that gifts are no longer cumulative. Information on gift pick-up will be shared with members via email.
