Menomonie Athletic Booster Club

Our supporting members are vital to achieving our goal of supporting all MHS athletic teams and coaches. Yearly supporting memberships are from July 1st through June 30th the following year. There are five levels of membership:

 

Bronze: less than $50 donation

Silver: $50-$99 donation

Gold: $100-$199 donation

Platinum: $200-$499 donation

Diamond: $500+ donation

 

Whether renewing your supporting membership or donating for the first time, you can sign up by completing the form below. All membership levels include an invitation to MABC-sponsored events, an MABC decal, and your name on the MABC sports program insert.  Silver-level members will receive an MABC logo bottle wrap or pizza cutter. Gold, Platinum, and Diamond level members receive a choice of gift. The gifts are pictured below, and selections can be made on the second page of the registration.  Please note that gifts are no longer cumulative. Information on gift pick-up will be shared with members via email.
